Product overview

Heavy-duty, highly concentrated alkaline cleaner that dissolves stubborn grease, fats and carbonised soil on hot cooking surfaces. Works on grills, ovens and toasters directly at operating temperatures of 100°C–175°C.

Application & usage

  1. Remove food and loose cooking residues, then prepare the equipment for cleaning.
  2. Check the permitted surface temperature, material compatibility and required protective equipment on the label and SDS.
  3. Apply the ready-to-use product with the approved applicator, using the amount specified for the surface.
  4. Work over the surface and remove loosened residues according to the product's cleaning procedure.
  5. Complete the specified rinse or wipe-down procedure before the equipment returns to food use.

Do not spray into flames or apply above the permitted temperature. Use only on equipment and coatings approved for this product.

D9.8 is formulated for specified hot-surface cleaning applications. The products have different operating instructions, so their temperatures and methods are not interchangeable.

Q2. Does D9.8 need dilution?
